Three VOX Award Nominations

On the 18th November 2023 the VOX Awards ceremony will take place and Scott was bowled over to discover earlier this week, that he is a shortlist nominee in new fewer than three categories:

Best Human Performance on a Visual Broadcast
Best Human Performance in Gaming
The Best Male Voiceover Performance of the Year

With the ceremony still a little over a month away, Scott’s only issue now is figuring out how to work with all his fingers crossed.

Finalist for Voice Award

It is Industry award season again and the great news is that Scott has been shortlisted in the category of ‘Television/Web – Commercials Best Performance – Male (UK Voices Only)‘ at the One Voice Awards 2023 for his VoiceOver on the Royal British Legion’s ‘Never Met’ Poppy Appeal TV campaign back in Autumn 2022. The Awards night is on Saturday 13th May 2023 and forms part of the One Voice Conference. Congratulations to all the nominees as the quality of work is extremely high. Here is the shortlisted commercial and watch this space to see if Scott is fortunate enough to win!

Royal British Legion

The vital support this excellent charity offers so many service men and women of the British Armed Forces is widely known. Each year their Poppy Appeal campaign raises important funds for their causes and this year the campaign film centred around the slogan ‘Once Again…’.

It is an honour to have my voiceover on this year’s Royal British Legion – Poppy Appeal film and even more so to have recorded it from my Studio. It was broadcast tonight on national TV for the first time, whilst being released widely across many social media platforms.
